17 DAYS. That’s it. 17 days until I get on a plane, fly across the world, and dive into an amazing place and community that God will use to change my life FOREVER. 17 DAYS!
I remember long ago dreaming about living in a different country, immersing myself in a different culture and way of life. At that time, that was just a dream from a girl who didn’t know yet how amazing God truly is. Thank goodness God has shown me He is more incredible, faithful, and loving than I could have ever imagined.
My dream long ago doesn’t compare to what God actually had planned for me. I just really can’t describe how thankful, excited, and blessed I feel to be given this opportunity to grow more in love with God and His people in an amazing, beautiful place. I’m truly humbled and glad that God’s plan is so, SO much bigger and better than mine.
I graduated college in May and got the chance to quit my job early and come home to 
spend time with my family. My time at home has been such a blessing! I will be flying out of Denver International Airport on the 4th of July. So, while you’re watching fireworks, think of me and please be praying for me! I will need it! 🙂
